I can tell you exactly what detonator driver for my system is the best and scored the most points in 3D Mark 2002SE.

The detonator 41.04 and the 42.01 did give me the most points, but remember its all depending on the system specs..

I did test those drivers with a

GF4 TI4200 128MB deluxe
1256MB DDR333
AMD XP2400
