 General Error

Everytime I submit a new reply, this line of error appears:
General Error

Failed sending email ::

DEBUG MODE

I did not have this problem until today.

Oh, and one more thing. The replies are posted anyway even though with the error msg. And this error only appears in replies, not new thread.
