Fixes:
- Play using Analogue out jerky after 21 min
- Taskbar of Edition disappears when minimizing Edition
- Access Violation when playing a PAL DV source in an NTSC project
- Opening/closing the DVD wizard over a clip with GPU FX can cause the application to stop responding
- Playback of a GPU FX while the same clip is rendered in the background can cause a deadlock if system is running in emulation mode (GPU RT not playable over Graphics card)
- Combination of GPU FX filter and HFX transition: one clip may not be correctly displayed
- Reel change checkbox missing in Batch digitize dialog at 16:9
- RTFX transition is displayed reversed when used over a clip with Luma Key

- Opening a GPU effect editor in 2048x768 (16:9 format) crops the editors window so buttons cannot be fully seen.
