What happened to the great company VIA? Well not much, VIA released the KT400 wich was slower then the nForce 2 and also lacked alot of crucial features, short after the KT400A was released but still VIA was second performance wise and the KT400A once again lacked a couple of crucial features.
And here we are, VIA reciently released another chipset, the KT600 and this is what we are going to be testing today. It's performance you can see later in the review but I can already tell you that it's good to see that VIA has finally released a chipset with 200MHz support...
