good scores. Today we are testing the higher-level drives coming with an 8MB

We have finished a review of a Polaroid digital camera, one of their first. It features 3.3mega-pixel resolution and 3X optical zoom.
"The camera has a large enough resolution (3.3MP) and great optical zoom lens. Coupled with manual adjustment of image compression, ISO setting, white balance, exposure compensation and shutter speed, the Polaroid PDC 3350 is an entry level camera suitable for many users. Its price makes it hard to ignore and a very good deal. "

Is a 15-inch screen something for you? You have more workspace with a 17-inch screen, thanks to a standard resolution of 1280 by 1024 pixels. Of course you have to pay more for a 17-inch screen, but it's well worth spending the money! There are already 17-ich LCD-screens available for less then 600 euro.I selected two of these screens, both at the same price, and tested them.

AMDZone has published a new review about the excellent mainboard from MSI, the KT4A Ultra:
MSI has offered excellent features like SATA and PATA RAID, 6 channel audio, and 6 PCI slots. There are plenty of overclocking options included, and documentation is great. There are also ample options for connectors like USB, Firewire, SPDIF, and Bluetooth included. MSI also includes some excellent software and utilities that help add value and convenience.

"CW300 is rated by COWON of 30 hours playback time. I was pleased to see the small player was capable of such great playback times. If you are a little bit conservative and listen no more than 4 to 5 hours a day, the CW300 can hold up to a whole week or even more, depending on the listening volume and many other settings."

Chris from AMDZone has posted the first review of the Asus A7V600 based on the new VIA KT600 chipset.
Gigabit Ethernet, SATA and PATA RAID, 6 channel sound, and a 400MHz FSB bring many improvements to the VIA platform. Asus has taken advantage of all of them. They have also included plenty of features to overclock and tweak performance in the bios. They also include plenty of helpful software and utilities including the new Instant Music Lite. Stability of the board was also excellent, and Asus always provides great bios support with new bios files several times a year.

Alright, this time we reviewed the FX5600P Turbo graphics card from Albatron. As usual here are the quotes, link and product image.
"Overclocking was again a nice surprise from Albatron. We were able to raise the core and memory clocks up to 350MHz, respectively 730MHz. We might have had better results with the core clock, but our sample featured the old chip packaging. By overclocking the card, a performance gain up to 12% was achieved or even 20% in UT2003 benchmark."

The time came and it is time for another review. We have done a review of a Dual Channel DDR400 TwinMOS kit.
" The TwinMOS modules overclocked up to DDR452 CAS2.5 3-3-7 with the voltage bumped to 2.7v which translates into a 226MHz DDR working frequency. With faster timings like CAS2 2-3-5, the kit achieved a 217MHz speed (DDR434)."

In short, MSI offsets any risk involved with NVIDIA banking heavily on DirectX 9 by adding a lot of extra features, and pricing the product very aggressively. This video card is definitely worth considering if you're looking for some good performance, at a cheap price, with support for future standards.

By now everyone should know how important cooling is, but you shouldn't have to sacrifice your hearing just to get a little more performance out of your PC. The ability to adjust the speed of the fan on your CPU Cooler is becoming more of a necessity, since you only need that extra cooling while gaming or doing very tasking work.

Angstrom has one of the first Opteron 1U servers available at the launch of the Opteron. By using the Newisys design they are able to offer features that enterprise customers demand. That being said the Newisys boards higher cost may keep budget server buyers looking elsewhere. With great stability, and the ability to pack 260 Opterons in a rack Angstrom is offering a solid line of high end Opteron servers. We look forward to their 4P offering from one of AMD's best server partners.

With the exception of the onboard Intel Extreme Graphics 2 we were blown away by the performance shown here by the AOpen AX4SG Max Motherboard. The Intel Springdale chipset is directed towards the mainstream market and provides the best bang-for-the-buck when comparing it to other Intel based motherboards available on the market today. .....

Now a one-size fits all solution, the new iPod can be used on both Mac and Windows platforms right out of the box and it features a number of other evolutionary improvements that compelled us to go out and purchase one to see what all the fuss was about. Apple is very strict on sending out review samples of their hardware, but regardless of whether we get a product or not, if there's a demand for a review we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you get the information you need to make an educated buying decision.

Well the story behind the IS7 is its strange appearance in retail channels weeks before the official launch of the i865 Springdale chipset. Of course there wasn't any mention of the board on the Abit website at the time and even the Abit forum posters were confused. Any event seeing how I missed my publishing mark to have this review out before the Springdale launch, you will just have to believe me....

Long time ago they talked about it and said it would become the next generation of CD drives and now the time has come: the DVD-writers are on a breakthrough! The newest dvd-writers are available in the stores to shine and who looks at the price ticket, can endorse that burning DVDs has become a more payable solution. Only the question is, which DVD-burner do you need to choose from the large offer? So thats when I start testing six DVD-writers.

The 8RDA3+ is still an excellent foundation on which to build an AMD powerhouse of a system. Its considerable merits outweigh the slight qualms we may have. It's fast, it's stable, and it literally begs to be overclocked. Pricing seems keen too. We've seen it available for less than £100 delivered. That's good value considering exactly what you'll be getting for your hard-earned cash. It seems as if EPoX can do little wrong with their nForce2 boards. Recommended.
