Have fun abusing player models in UT2003 and enjoy all of the karma goodness.
Heres whats new:
- Bruising on the ragdolls
- New menu system
- More customizable options for mappers
- Redone the menu system, with most of the options implemented
- Recoded the blood & gibing system
- Partial fixed the first person view
- Version 6.0 Unrealscript source code included
- Beta version of Implosion included.

Lack of multiplayer is a temporary issue with Unreal2.
Legend are currently reviving their XMP design for mulitplayer and it will be released as a FREE downloadable add-on for people who own Unreal2.

Unreal Tournament 2004 is a futuristic first-person shooter developed by Digital Extremes and Epic Games. There arent more details about this game yet but they will come!

UTV2003 Public Beta 0.99 has just been released for UT2003 servers. Its a tiny 120kb download and is optimized for service. Plenty of documentation is included in the zip, so have no fears.

As promised, the playable demo of Unreal II: The Awakening has now been released, offering the opportunity to sample this futuristic first-person shooter by Legend Entertainment that came out last February. The demo apparently contains a first mission from the game, titled "Sanctuary."

Well be announcing whats happening next with Unreal Tournament at E3. Dont worry, any new UT related products shipping in the next 18 months will be compatible with UT2003, and so will serve to extend the
life of the platform your mod is built on rather than replacing it.
Mark Rein reports :
If there were going to be a UT2004 it would be fully backward compatible
with 2003 so mod makers wouldnt have to worry about that. But thats all I
can say for now :)

The enhanced InstaGib play sports a brand-new ASMD Mk2 Shock Rifle with two distinct modes for both rampaging offense and determined defense! Going further, Minions of Destruction: CyberSports has a built in frag delay; once youve been fragged youll have to go grab some pine for awhile! No more respawning instantly in the base to protect your flag! Additionally, Minions of Destruction: CyberSports tweaks the HUD with both current time and over-time status plus other small GUI enhancements.
